As a member of our Customer Service team you will be communicating directly with customers and stores via email  to resolve issues and provide administrative support to the rest of the eCommerce department.  You will be responsible for:

• Answering customer queries.
• Providing eCommerce support to our network of stores.
• Resolving customer issues.
• Representing eCommerce in a positive and professional manner.
• Working towards quantitative and qualitative KPIs.
