RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) is a unique place where you will get hands-on experience with nearly all of the products RMA sell.

As part of the role you will...

• Receive and checking of a wide variety of electronics
• Support the department heads at the RMA centre with daily tasks
• Assist in quality checks with repaired items
• Safely process repaired/working stock out to store
• Maintain regular store and department interaction
• To deliver/ receive training as required
• Process/log stock

• Basic understanding of store operations
• Willingness to show initiative
• Communication and presentation skills
• Affinity with Mobile phones, Electronics, and Computing products
• Effective Communication
• Interpersonal and Conflict management skills
